MNCG OPERATORS MET THE LEBANESE CARITAS

Very important liaison activity in the Cedars’ Land

Lebanon, December, 2021.
In recent weeks, the CIMIC operators, part of the UNIFIL mission, have carried out civil-military liaison with the Lebanese Caritas based in Rumaysh.
Liaison with non-military actors is one of the core functions of civil-military cooperation.
During the occasion, the operators Multinational CIMIC Group donated medicines and clothes to the organization, demonstrating their closeness to the local community heavily affected by the economic crisis, also exasperated by the health emergency.
The Rotary Club of Vignola, Castelfranco and Bazzano, the Rotary International, the Civil Protection of Bassaromagna and the Banco Farmaceutico contributed to the aforementioned donation.
