SOMALIA: A PROJECT WITH SOCIAL PURPOSES
MNCG operators developed a project to renovate some locals of the Mogadishu Central Prison

In recent weeks, the inauguration ceremony for the restoration works carried out on the penitentiary women's parlor was held at the Mogadishu Central Prison, located in the Xamar Jajab District.
The ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Somali Custodial Corp (SCC) Gen. Mahad Abdirahaman Adam accompanied by the Commander of the Mogadishu Central Prison (MCP), Gen. Dahir Abdulle Rage.
In the occasion, Multinational CIMIC Group (MNCG) operators formally inaugurated the completion of the works which were highly appreciated by the local authorities.
The project will allow female personnel detained in the penitentiary infrastructure to have a space dedicated to visiting family members, as well as children.
